Former French National side Samir Nasri has joined Sevilla from Manchester City on a one year season-long loan.
Nasri made less than 15 Premier League appearances for Manchester City last season under coach Manuel Pelligrini due to injuries, scoring only two goals.
He has completed his medical and will spend the remainder of this season with the La Liga club.
Nasri, who came on as a substitute in Sunday’s 3-1 win over West Ham, had been training separately from the City squad after returning from his holiday overweight.
He is the fourth player to leave City on Deadline Day, with striker Wilfried Bony moving to Stoke City on a season-long loan, Joe Hart making a temporary switch to Torino and centre-half Eliaquim Mangala on the verge of a loan to Valencia.
