Orlando Pirates 1:2 Bloemfontein Celtic

Absa Premiership

Bloemfontein Celtic came from a goal down to overcome Orlando Pirates 2:1 in an Absa Premiership match played at Orlando Stadium on Tuesday night.

The Sea-robbers grabbed the lead with skipper Oupa Manyisa in the first half following a comedy of errors in the Celtic defense as they failed to clear the ball and communicate with the goalkeeper Eric Tignyemb.

Celtic found the equalizer late in the second half when Lantshene Phalane capitalized on Orlando Pirates defensive errors at the back to put one past Jackson Mabokgwane. ( Lantshene Phalane beat Jackson Mabokgwane from inside his own half)

‘Maselesele a masokolara’ grabbed the lead in the referee’s optional time with Mabokgwane failed to clear Tshepo Rikhotso’s close range header.
