Telkom Knockout Quarter Finals Fixture favors Soweto Giants

The draw for the 2016/2017 Telkom Knockout Cup was conducted on Thursday at Lucas Masterpecies Moripe Stadium just immediately after the game between Mamelodi Sundown and Polokwane City. Read: Sundowns ease past Polokwane City in Telkom Knockout

Four top teams, Kaizer Chiefs, Orlando Pirates, Cape Town City and Mamelodi Sundowns were seeded for the draw while Supersport United, Baroka FC, Freestate Stars and Highlands Park were unseeded.

Mamelodi Sundowns were the first to be pulled out of the port, they will be hosting rivals Supersport United in the second Tshwane derby of the season

Baroka FC were the first unseeded team to host the Telkom Knockout fixture, they will be hosting Cape Town City in polokwane

Soweto giants Kaizer Chiefs and Orlando Pirate avoided each other and were all awarded home games, Kaizer Chiefs will host Free State Stars with Orlando Pirates will play host to Highlands Part.
